Elite Home Health Services

Elite was started by Angela and Patrick Okeke in March 2011 to elevate the provision of home health services in Maricopa County. Elite proudly became Medicare certified in July 2012.

Angela Okeke, RN, BSN, CWON, FCN, leads our agency. Her expertise in wound care and ostomy are unparalleled and she has become the valleys' best known advocate for ostomates. Her passion for providing optimal patient care has catapulted Elite to the top of the valleys' home health agencies.

Patrick Okeke, RN, is a 17 year veteran of home health nursing and has higher education in Wound Care.

Angie Fidler is Elite's Marketing Manager. She has been a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 18 years after graduating from the Army Nurse Corps as a Practical Nursing Specialist and getting her license in Arizona in 1998. Angie has a variety of experience in the medical field but found her passion in 2000 in home health nursing. Not only has she worked as a home health nurse she also worked as a clinical intake coordinator and assistant case manager. In 2010 Angie was promoted to clinical liaison and has been working as a patient advocate ever since.
