Toba Robinson, PT, is the Director of
Therapy Services at Elite Home Health Services. She received her BS, pre-med in
1984 at the University of Maryland, College Park and went on to get her BS, PT
from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1987. She is a career member of
the APTA, a certified Clinical Instructor/Student Mentor through the APTA and
has served on several AzPTA committees as well as the Arizona Association for
Home Care’s education committee. She remains active in the Home Health section
of the APTA on both the programming and education committees, and has helped
bring quality educational courses which are specifically focused on home health
to the local home health community as well as to nationally held webinars and
She has held leadership positions in various clinical settings including outpatient clinics, industrial rehabilitation centers and now in home health. Toba became fully immersed in home health in 2004 where her passion for patient care and well-being was able to be fully realized. She had 5 plus years of experience as a Regional Therapy Director in Home Health before joining the Elite team in the same capacity in June, 2016. She has been successfully creating a strong multidisciplinary team-oriented environment of clinician support, clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
